Q 3: Can you help me if I have my own design?

A: Individual design can be manufactured by us. Your drawing or sample is needed for our producing.

Q 4: How does your product been packed?

A:We think safety and attractive packing is very important. According to customer's idea and opinion, our packing and graphics designers make beautiful product image, reasonable packaging way and innovative gift box, hangtag, headcarder and more.

Q 5: Do you have catalogue?

A: Yes, we have both e-catalogue and paper catalogue, you are welcome to contact us for asking catalogue. We will send you catalogue by post or inform you password to download e-catalogue on our website.

Q 6: Can I visit your factory?

A: Yes, We warmly welcome you to visit our factory and showroom at your convenient time. Our factory is located in the suburb of Ningbo city. Please contact us directly for visiting. We will pick you up at Ningbo Airport or any your pointed place.

Q 7: How long is your leading time?

A: Our leading time is 40 days for regular order.

Q 8: What is your payment terms?

A: Payment as L/C, T/T and Western Union are accepted.

Q 9: Are documents of China Form A and certificate of originavailable?
